The ideal candidate would have experience in events and planning ideally within a hospitality background, Anyone with specific experience in face to face sales within a hotel environment will be looked on favourably. The key functions of the role are - Handle all incoming enquiries. - Secure bookings. - Organise conferences, weddings, events and parties. - Co ordinate bookings through to completion. - Build relationships with customers to ultimately maximise sales. - Support the Events Manager in their duties. - Adhere to company customer service philosophy.
