1.1 The information and services available on the site are provided for individuals looking for employment opportunities, for employers seeking to recruit staff for their organisations and for training purposes.

1. 2 All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights on the site and the material available on the site belong to Kubaba.co.uk and use of the site does not give you any proprietary rights with such material. You may use, print and download information from the site for these purposes only and for no other personal or commercial purpose. You may not otherwise copy, display, transmit or distribute any material from the site.

1.3 You acknowledge that the Internet or Kubaba's systems, services and equipment may from time to time be inoperative as a result of mechanical breakdown, maintenance, hardware or software upgrades, any communication connectivity problems or other facts beyond the control of Kubaba. You acknowledge that Kubaba will not be held liable for any failure or inability to provide continuous, error free, uninterrupted services under these or any other circumstances.

1.4 You will be able to access some areas of this website without registering your details with us, such as  for a job search. Certain areas of this website are only open to you if you register with us.

Jobseekers
2.1 CVs and job advertisements contained on the site are provided by candidates and by prospective employers and their agents and are not reviewed by us. We accept no responsibility or liability for the contents of CV’s or advertisements and expect candidates and prospective employers to carry out such verification procedures.

2.2 The website services are not available to, and may not be used by, persons under the age of 16 years, or who are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from the website. If you are under 16 years old, you can use this service only with the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2.3 You must choose a password on completion of registration. You shall be responsible for all actions taken under that password and shall only access the website using your own password. You should not disclose your password to any other person.

2.4 If you activate Kubaba's CV distribution service you agree and acknowledge that Kubaba may adapt, modify and reword the information contained in your CV in order to produce a CV in the style and format Kubaba sends to recruitment agencies and employers.

2.5 Kubaba may make changes in or withdraw any of the services described in this website at any time amd without notice.

2.6 Kubaba reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time on this website.

2.7 You should ensure that information you send to us or any advertiser is accurate and you are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this website any material that is pornographic, threatening, offensive, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, in breach of privacy, which may cause inconvenience, or fraudulent and that would be considered a criminal offence.

2.8 You may not misuse the website (including, without limitation) by hacking or committing fraud.

2.9 Kubaba will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Kubaba to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material, misusing the website.

2.10 If you breach of any of the terms explained above Kubaba may terminate the services provided by this website.

2.11 Using Kubaba is totally free for the Jobseeker, but we charge a fee for certain services. If the service you use incurs a fee, you'll be able to review and accept terms that will be clearly disclosed at the time you post your advertisement.

2.12 When you use Kubaba, you agree to the collection, transfer, storage and use of your personal information by us. You also agree to receive marketing communications from us unless you tell us that you do not wish to receive such communications.

Businesses
3.1 If we believe that your advertisement may be discriminatory (on ground of sex, race or disability) we may at our discretion either amend the advertisement or remove it from Kubaba.co.uk without liability to you to make any refund of amounts paid.

3.2 As a condition of your use of Kubaba.co.uk you agree that you will not: violate any laws; post any threatening, abusive, defamatory material; be false or misleading; infringe any third-party right; distribute spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes; distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Kubaba or the interests or property of Kubaba users; copy, modify, or distribute any other person's content without their consent.

3.3 You are solely responsible for all information that you submit to Kubaba and any consequences that may result from your post. We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content that we believe is inappropriate. We also reserve the right to restrict usage of the site either temporarily or permanently, or refuse a user's registration.

3.4 A job posted on Kubaba.co.uk will remain live for 30 days. Any extension of this time will be charged to the Customer as a new posting.

3.5 A single job is identified by its unique ID number.

3.6 All prices include VAT. All advertisements must be paid same day as advertising. For extra services, invoices are payable within 14 days from invoice date. Late payment will entitle us to suspend provision of services and additional interest will be charged.

3.7 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude Kubaba's liability for death or personal injury due to negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation. You agree not to hold us responsible for things other users post or do.

3.8 Job adverts go live a few hours after payment confirmation. You will be notified by email when your job adverts have gone live on Kubaba.co.uk.

3.9 Our fees are quoted in Pounds Sterling, and we may change them from time to time. We will notify you of changes to our fee policy by posting such changes on the site.

3.10 If you have placed a single advertisement our fees are non-refundable. If you bought a job package and you would like to cancel your purchase you may claim for a refund for your remaining balance (except your first credit). To terminate your agreement with Kubaba and claim a refund for your remaining credit you need to apply in writing within one month of your purchase, otherwise you will not be eligible for a refund. Should you be entitled to a refund, the remaining balance will be refunded to you within 14 working days.

3.11 We may remove your advertisement on Kubaba.co.uk if we believe it causes problems or violates any law or policy.

Site Rules
4.1 We try to ensure continuous availability of the site and all the services available on it, but accept no responsibility for the consequences of interruptions or delays. We may change the design and specification of the site at any time.

4.2 Kubaba’s services are free to use for jobseekers. However, some services e.g. placing an advertisement require payment to access. The payments are made by credit card or by using ‘Paypal’ as a secure transaction.

4.3 Kubaba will only charge your credit card when your advertisement has been placed on the website.

4.4 You agree to deal fairly and professionally with individuals who apply to your advertisement.  We do not guarantee any response to your advertisement or that responses will be from individuals suitable for the job advertised. It is your responsibility to carry out such checks and procedures as are necessary to ensure that candidates are suitable for the job advertised and have the required qualifications and personal characteristics.

4.5 If your advertisement has links to another external site in the application process, you are responsible for maintaining the links and for the content of your advertisement and the linked site. We have the right to remove from Kubaba.co.uk any advertisement which contains content or links to a site which, in our opinion, is defamatory, illegal or objectionable or will bring Kubaba.co.uk into disrepute.

4.6 Passwords are for the sole use of the person to whom they are issued. We may deny access to certain services on the website if we reasonably believe that it is being used by an unauthorised person or that the user is breaching these terms and conditions.

4.7 You are responsible for the content of material supplied by you on the website and for ensuring that you have the right to supply it to us and that it complies with all relevant legislation and codes of practice. If we receive complaints about any material or its content we may remove the material from display without reference or liability to you.

4.8 If you are an employment agency or an employment business it is your responsibility to ensure the advertisements you place on Kubaba.co.uk comply with the employment regulations.

4.9 Without limiting other remedies, we may issue warnings, limit or terminate our service, remove hosted content and take technical and legal steps to keep users off Kubaba if we think that they are creating problems or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies.

4.10 Do not post content that infringes the rights of third parties, this includes, content that infringes on intellectual property rights such as copyright and trademark.

4.11 Under no circumstances do we accept liability of any description for the posting of any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent information, or material of any kind which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person.

4.12 We cannot guarantee continuous, error-free or secure access to our services. Whilst we will use reasonable efforts to maintain an uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee this and we do not give any promises or warranties about the availability of our services.

4.13 Accordingly Kubaba has no responsibility or liability to you in respect of any products or services either purchased or obtained by you from any such linked website. If you decide to access any of the third party websites linked to this Website it is entirely at your own risk.
