Personal License (NCPLH)
(The National Certificate for Personal License Holders, NCPLH)
A Personal License authorizes the holder to supply alcohol or authorizes the supply of alcohol in accordance with a premises license. A Personal License is a requirement for any person wishing to become the Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) of premises to sell alcohol.

Health and Safety

Food Hygiene
Food Hygiene course provides the training required by law for anyone who is working in a role relating to food handling, preparation or cooking within the hospitality and leisure industries. This training also helps organizations to maximize safety and minimize risks in the work place.

Door Supervisor
On successful completion of this Approved Course, students would then be able to apply for the new SIA National Door Supervisors License. Door supervisor are responsible for the safety of customers and staff in places such as pubs, bars and nightclubs. This training includes communication skills and conflict management.
